B2B Sales Manager Electrical Power 

Your Responsibilities

  • Active B2B prospecting to identify and tap into new business opportunities.

  • Further development of our innovative CPPA concept, in which locally and competitively generated electricity at an industrial scale - in agro-ecological collaboration with forward-thinking farmers - is supplied to consumers seeking ultra-green power, produced in a biodiversity-enhancing environment.

  • Identifying and activating electricity consumers that match our target profile.

  • Expanding our commercial team to accelerate growth and market penetration.

  • Building and maintaining strategic networks at both business and political levels.

Your Profile

  • Proven strength in directly engaging decision-makers at the B2B level. Skilled in maintaining high-level relationships with CEOs, Business Development Directors and Sustainability Directors.

  • A natural networker with a strong passion for the green energy transition, committed to shaping the future energy supply in a shifting geopolitical landscape.

  • Solid experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPA/CPPA), energy trading, and a deep understanding of the Belgian electricity market.

  • Creative and strategic thinker with an out-of-the-box mindset.

  • Proficient in IT tools and digital platforms.

  • Reliable, self-motivated, results-driven, persuasive, and innovative.

  • 5+ years of professional experience in management roles.

  • Fluent in Dutch, French and English; additional languages are a plus.
